Constructor.

Parameters:

location - location with respect to the Earth where DOP was calculated

date - date when all DOP was calculated

gnssNb - number of GNSS satellites taken into account for DOP computation

gdop - the geometric dilution of precision

pdop - the position dilution of precision

hdop - the horizontal dilution of precision

vdop - the vertical dilution of precision

tdop - the time dilution of precision
