[Orekit Developers] New Committer
Hi all,
The Orekit team is happy to welcome our latest committer: Evan Ward.
As per Orekit governance rules (which are available here:
<https://www.orekit.org/forge/attachments/338/OREKIT_Governance.pdf>),
and given his involvement in the project, the PMC has granted commits
rights to Evan recently.
