[Orekit Developers] New Year Contributions

As the holidays come winding down I'm hoping my schedule will also begin to free up for me to start contributing to the public community project again.  I looked through the issue tracker and it looks like it's about the same as before.  What do you suggest in terms of a path forward for contributing?
