Sure. The only ones that you should not touch yet are the TODO  
checkstyle warnings (not compiler warnings) in DSST. A lot of work has  
been done on DSST but is for now still in the dsst-short-periodics  
branch. The branch will be merged to master very soon now.

I currently only see 4 compiler warnings (using Eclipse Luna  
compiler), due to resources not closed (one in SP3Parser, three in  
OEMParser). What are the other warnings you see?
