Version 10.3.2 is a patch release of Orekit. It includes an important bug fix related to the tesselation for small regions at high latitude.
Orekit 10.3.2 implements a workaround (not a fix!) for series 10.3. This workaround will not be ported back to the 11.x series, but rather the bug should be solved.
This version depends on Hipparchus 1.8
